Beautiful facility. I do not know if Lonnie Ponder was having an off day, but if he has run his business for the last 42 years like he handled my family I am surprised he didn't go out of business 41 years 11 months ago. His assistant showed great respect and decorum.

My mother passed away unexpectedly, and we were very distraught. Once we arrived from out of town, Mr Lonnie Ponder and his team were very supportive and helpful. They helped us understand what we would need, and helped us find a beautiful way to honor my mother. They helped me stay calm, and even guided my friends and family for me when I was becoming overwhelmed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.

Top notch. Lonnie Ponder and his staff are super friendly, very kind and considerate to everyone. I have had several loved ones here. Mr.Ponder goes out of his way to make you comfortable.

The Ponder Funeral Home has served my family four times in the past 22 years. Two of these were high level tragedies (a murder and an accidental death of a teen) which were very difficult for our family. Lonnie was very supportive and his people were wonderfully helpful.
