UPDATE: SEPTEMBER 2020 I just had another fantastic appointment today with this entire staff and I couldn't be happier with the excellent service that I have continued to receive through the years. I have been coming here for over 6 years and they have treated many of my pets and rescues. I have seen all of the doctors and really like them all. The compassion and empathy that I receive at Veterinary Care Center is second to none. The entire staff truly cares about my pets, and I never feel rushed or that they don't have time to answer all of my questions. If I have a sick pet, they have always made room to see them immediately. I have multiple dogs and cats, and they handle even my difficult large dogs with compassion and patience. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the level of care I receive. I have been to many vets in the St Louis area in the past 30 years, and this one is the best in my opinion. I will always make the trip to see these doctors!
My furry daughter and I had a great experience, they were very accommodating to my dogs needs. At the same time making me feel at ease. It was our first time there and we are glad we went. We have now found a new veterinarian.
Dr. Finkle cared for my parents’ cats when I was growing up, so when I adopted my own cat after moving out of their house I knew there was no one I’d rather have taking care of my veterinary needs! My cat had his first appointment last week and I was so impressed with the whole Veterinary Care Center team. They took good care of my boy and were very thorough in answering all of my questions.
This is simply a wonderful place filled with exceptionally kind people. Very easy experience that puts myself and my cat at ease.
We took our pup Taco in today for his first puppy visit today and absolutely love everything about VCC. Dr, staff, pricing everything! Taco was super happy and relaxed. The Dr even talked with me about my rescue that is a little tricky to bring in. I am so happy we found this place, it has made the move here from Louisiana alot easier!
