I have always been pleased with Banfield up til now. My fur baby was diagnosed with spine issues in August. I finally got him on pain meds as he moves all night long and can’t get comfortable. It did not work the first night and I called to see if there was anything else I could do. I was told to give it three days and call back if it wasnt working. He would get one capsule every 12 hours but it would wear off after 6 hours. I waited the three days knowing he was still in pain. When I called today they told his vet was off for two more days and the vet on duty would not help. Frustrating that he has to be in pain when a vet who is on duty, has access to his chart would not help. They certainly take your money for X-rays and meds that don’t help. He would have seen that vet if he needed an appt today.
