Great bike shop. Helpful, knowledgeable staff and lifetime basic service on new bikes. Also, they were able to get bikes during a time when other shops could not.
Excellent. Staff is very friendly and professional.
Their organization could be a bit better. The tech that we saw was not able to answer my questions regarding their vaccines. As a veterinary technician myself, I would expect all techs have the basic knowledge of what their combination vaccines are. Otherwise, they handled my pet well, and are decently priced.
