Banfield Pet Hospital

Love Banfield, we have been with them for years. I moved to the Town and Country when it opened for more of a quiet place for my anxious pup and it has been fabulous.

From the moment we walked in, it felt like a family atmosphere. My puppy did not flinch when he had his shot. Also, he did not want to leave. Wonderful staff that gave me advice and tips.

Fantastic experience taking my cat Pikachu here for a physical! The phone goes straight to the front desk (no frustrating IVR), and they make the entire process clear and stress-free. Plus, they're very transparent in answering questions, which is incredibly helpful.

Took care of pretty sick kitty, who is getting back to healthy self and starting to play again. Mind you kitty is 19 years old.

This location had best online reviews so I chose it. My old vet had gone into pet hospice and Ive been looking for a new vet for almost a year. They got me in immediately even as a new patient. They even asked me to come in earlier as they do drop off service during COVID19 to give my cat time for a urine sample. They have a room dedicated just to cats. My cat is geriatric and I was worried about leaving him but they were so nice and patient. Dr. Doss explained everything in detail, listened to my fears and questions, and addressed them. She didn't try to push a plan on me as other Banfields have in the past and did nothing unnecessary. I highly recommend this caring veterinarian clinic. Very reasonable prices compared to what I'm used to.
