They were amazing and efficient. I am without a card right now and they were able to give me specific time frames. I was able to sign consent forms, talk in detail to doctor, get food recommendations plus prescription food card, pay invoice and go over prescribed meds all from curbside (at a distance due to current pandemic.) I am switching over to them for my regular vet.

I dropped my little off for a haircut and wash and a hour half later they called me and said it's been a little accident. Your dog was cut, she is with the animal doctor right now in the building. The doctor down played her injuries. Days later you can really see the cut and it was a deep one. I'm not going to post pictures of the cut. Everyone was nice about it but down played it. Truth be told I don't think they washed her or did her nails. She was injured and we had to go. Just need to work on the grooming process a little more.
