They were great. Very professional and took great care of my French Bulldog. One of the nurses even texted the next day to check on my dog. I recommend them!
This is THE WORST petco in St Louis.. Every time I visit this store, either poor customer service, they don't gave my product or the hours are wrong, and I've made a waisted trip up there.. They do not have a phone number of the actual store listed, its the vet thats in the same location..nThe manager us clueless to knowing what actual customer service is.. And most of the employees are awkward, and unknowledgable..nI will not frequent any petco in the future..nToo many times..nI'm in customer service/retail as well, I wouldn't even think of treating my customers in this way.. Part of your business is to keep up with Google and other ways of connecting..
They are not clear with the vaccine policy and prices!nWe didn't know what we payed for!nnThey force you to get a carrier!
