I tried to call and make an appointment for my dog and it only rang for a second before it just hung up on me. Didn't give me the option to leave a message. This isn't surprising seeing as every time I'm there in person, there is only one grumpy receptionist who just picks up the phone and hangs it up immediately when it rings. I get that she is trying to prioritize the in-person customers, but this is just unprofessional. So I went online, scheduled an appointment and when I showed up, she said I wasn't in the system. When I told her I had scheduled online she just said, "oh yeah the online scheduler doesn't work". Why is your website live if you know it doesn't work?! No apology, no attempt to try and get me in, just "oh yeah our website doesn't work." Ugh. Super frustrating considering I took off work to take my dog to the vet.
I brought in my little Kandi. Found out she needed surgery. The staff went above and beyond to help me get her the care she needed. They were so gentle and kind to Kandi. I will without a doubt be coming back. They saved her life and were able to move around their schedule to get her in. I am so grateful for everyone that was willing to move around their schedule so she could have emergency surgery.
I scheduled a dental appointment for my dog over a month ago. Of the times available to get him in, I chose 7:45 am. As the appointment date approached, Banfield notified us via email to remind us of the appointment today at 3 pm. I just so happened to be available at this time so we didn't bother changing the time of the appointment.
I arrived at the clinic at the same time as three other people. After waiting for 10 minutes, the desk person told me we would have to reschedule because I was late. I asked how I was late and she told me I arrived at 3:05 pm. She asked me if I would like to reschedule for tomorrow which I didn't do. Today is the kind of service we get from this place about half of the time.
SUCH GOOD CARE! Everyone is so happy and loving towards everyone's babies. I am recommending this vet to everyone.
We have a 96 pounder for a dog, so he needs lots of health care. They are kind, they love him. What impressed me the most is how much the whole staff said they loved Louie personally. He is lovable by nature, very strong, but obedient and fairly well trained. He has a big personality and smart to the point he needs a lot of verbal engagement. They understand this and likewise seem to be the same way with most pets.
