I would recommend pet medical services to anyone that has a four legged furry friend and I do! The entire staff is so kind and professional. They really care about the well being of your pet and they will do all they can to make sure you are 100% happy! They always follow up a few days later to make sure everything is going well. They go over and beyond to help. Dr. B is who we always see and he is so kind, empathetic and always ready to listen to see what the problem is to give your pet the very best care. I am so grateful we found such a wonderful staff for my pups!
The staff here was extremely empathetic to what we were going through. So very caring, patient, and understanding. They allowed us as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our sweet dog Kimber. If you are making the hard decision for your pet this staff will go above and beyond for you and at a reasonable price. Thank you so much Pet Medical Service for the amazing care.
This is my first visit to a vet for our puppy Gracie. From the time I walked in until I left I witnessed nothing but outstanding customer service and a true love for what they do. The doctor was amazing! He was very thorough in his examination and instead of telling me what was wrong he showed me in the microscope so I could see for myself. He was honest and upfront with everything, gave me options, and his opinion as well. I will be a customer for life. I know my Gracie will get the best care and treatment. Thank you!!
Wonderful vet!! All of the staff were friendly and professional! The vet was kind helpful and patient. Prices were good as well. They were down a vet tech and still managed to get my pup and I in and out in just an hour. Definitely recommend!
Very helpful and informative! They got me in super last minute for a yearly checkup. The receptionist called me back to let me know they had a cancellation and I was super grateful. The assistant and vet were both very professional and helpful and helped me get everything my dog needed. Thank you!
