St Charles Animal Hospital

This was my first time using this veterinary and they were great! It was curbside but the vet called me, in my car that I was waiting in and told me everything in detail. She was very friendly, professional and complimentary about my dog! She told me my youngest dog had a double ear infection! They sent me home with all the medications we needed. The vet tech, Kelsy, was wonderful, friendly and my girl went happily with her! I feel comfortable going back to this veterinary from now on and taking my other two dogs there for their check-ups!

Good vet. Haven't been inside due to the pandemic and all, but they have been great about getting our cat in and out. They schedule through Google so getting appointments on my phone is very easy. The only down side I have experienced is it seems like they are doing unnecessary things to charge extra. They also appear to be very busy and have forgotten to tell me about/give me meds but overall a good vet.

I've been bringing my dogs to St. Charles Animal Hospital for years. Recently, one of my dogs was hit by a car. We were able to be seen without any wait. The staff is always thoughtful and compassionate. They treat my dogs with the utmost gentleness and patience. Thank you very much!!!!
