Banfield Pet Hospital

For 13 years I had good service, but lately I have encountered being told my puppy needed expensive services that were not necessary. Concerned, but will see how things turn out later next year if it continues I may go elsewhere.

Staff is friendly. So good with my dogs! Very good with appointment reminders. Appointments run on time.

So much stuff on sale and I was broke! So... Didn't really love it this visit . but.. I do love the store

We get out cat's prescription food here and the staff members are always so kind and helpful. Anytime we have had questions or need a new prescription card, they are so nice about resolving our issue and answering our questions!

Terrible experience. The male Doc acted like he did not have a clue. He never introduced himself to us and was not interested in keeping us as clients. Unwilling to let me be involved with the exam or to help hold my dog while he got his nails clipped. Needless to say we did not let them cut his nails. Not sure exactly what he did to our dog behind closed doors. BEWARE, I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE WITH MY FURRY FAMILY MEMBER. IT WAS THE WIERDEST EXPERIENCE. ud83dudc4e
