Kim is a compassionate lady. Another review said someone is always there. That may be true if they called the human number but they made it quite clear when I called that it is by appointment only. This is run by one sweet lady so she has normal business hours and of course if you want to pull her out of bed a 3am or from her family time I would expect an on call compensation as well. They are upfront about their pricing on the website. This is my 4th time using Baue and my first time for pets and I have always felt their empathy, compassion and professionalism.

It is so hard to lose our pets. Our boy, Jake, was our soul and heart dog. He meant the world to us. He passed away rather suddenly at home and we didn’t know what to do next. My mom suggested Baue. We called and immediately spoke with Kim, who was very compassionate and kind. We took Jake to Baue the next morning for cremation as well as a private ceremony with him. Later that week I went to pick up his ashes and keepsakes. I was greeted by Teddy, who I did not even know of, and felt his emotional support. He laid his head in my lap the entire time I sat with Kim. Baue gave our boy the upmost respect, honor and compassion as well as our family. They made the best out of a very hard time. Highly, highly recommend.

This is a place that does cremations, even though it's for families who are having their loved one's cremated it has newer renovations a viewing for the family and has other options if you chose to pick them. The people are nice and passionate. Hopefully I won't have to use them for a long while but definitely would recommend them.

thank you Baue pet services. and thank you, Kim. you helped us to go through very hard time of our life. our cat wasn't just any cat, Janus was our furry baby, my husband proposed with a ring on her collar when he brought her home as a surprise present for my birthday. ive wanted a cat for so long. she had an amazing personality, she was weird a little but we loved it. we miss her every day. Kim helped us so much, she was so helpful, anything what we needed, she even used her personal phone number to make sure we were in touch all the time. the urn is beautiful, all extras that we've got... her nose, her paw prints... Baue Pet services really go an extra mile. thank you so much!

Tonight my cat passed away. I called & made arrangements for her. I was told some is always there & even though it was Sunday night it was not a problem. As I’m pulling into the parking lot I get a call from a different person saying no one is there & idhave to wait till morning, or I could pay $150 to have some meet me in the parking lot.nI just did cpr on my cat. She passed from a freak accident. And now you’re trying to price gouging me. Sorry no.
