Baue Funeral Home Cave Springs

We initially had a bad experience regarding communication and almost moved to a different funeral home after consulting local relatives with experience using both Baue and other funeral homes. After complaining in person, we were introduced to a more experienced, professional, and caring funeral director, Dustin, who worked with us to resolve the initial dispute and to provide a better experience. Dustin followed up with me afterward to notify me that one employee in particular whom we'd had an issue with is no longer with the company. Baue is no longer family-owned; the Baue family sold out to a large Canadian company.

Very high prices especially closer 2 the lake. Just a plot near lake may run you $80,000 ALONE. As we all know our deceased loved ones love lake front property. Also,when someone releases a Dove do they not know they'll die if it's too cold or if a hawk spots them its dove dinner tonight. Come on Baue is the life of an innocent animal worth nothing 2 your owners? What if some1 wanted a bird cremated? Do u cremate the live Dove with it? Peta should hear about this

They did an absolutely amazing job on my Mother in Laws funeral, everything was beautiful and they were so caring. Morgan was amazing, and very caring. She made sure everything was done and taken care of just how we wanted it. She was off the day of the funeral and we had Courtney who was just as wonderful.

Baue took excellent care of everything beautifully and compassionately. From planning, visitation, and the funeral. Their excellent staff was with us every step of the way. They went above and beyond all of our expectations. I would and will highly recommend them to everyone.
