So glad I found this team! I brought my cat in for his first exam after moving to KC. Everyone was friendly, kind and super caring. He’s a strong little guy and when they had trouble drawing his blood another vet tech came in to assist, but even with everyone holding him down firmly, the doctor continued to talk soothingly to him and stroked his face to calm him...it was all I could have asked for!

I had the best experience here! Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, patient, and personable. They were very thorough with my cat and I plan to be a client from here on out!

If you are looking for a vet office, I recommend Picture Hills Pet Hospital yet again. They have cheese in a can to make the vaccinations go easier ud83dude42, love all over your pets, and take the time to really talk over your concerns and answer questions. Their response to COVID and how they are adapting to provide service during this pandemic are remarkable. Check them out if you are in need of a new vet

My cat Mimi was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism from this place and she had a bad reaction to the medication so our next step was to do the the iodine treatment from blue pearl. Dr. Sims was suppose to set that up and give me a call back because blue Pearl wanted her to call and not me. I waited 3 wks and still never received a call back. So I called and left a message with the front desk. Waited another 5 days still no response from Dr. Sims. I called again and left another message with the front desk. I waited another 6 days still no response. So I decided to make a in person trip. I was told they tried to get ahold of blue Pearl and they were playing phone tag and after 3 weeks I just fell through the cracks.ud83eudd14 But that doesn't explain why they were ignoring my messages!!! I was forced to change vets and pay more money for the same tests because now I do not trust that they are even telling me the truth on the tests. SHAME ON YOU for acting like you care about people's pets and telling me that hyperthyroidism is serious but not serious enough to call me back on a solution. But at least you got almost $800 from me. Anyone reading this they are so unorganized and only have time to take your money but not follow up!!! Just plain disgusting!!!
