Amos Cooley, General Manager, is extremely professional, compassionate, respectful, and caring and I highly recommend him and his staff. Mr. Cooley is so incredibly kind and the very best in the business!!

This place does not operate in a professional manner... They keep bodies until they begin to decompose in their prep room. Do not trust your loved ones unless you want them to be forgotten about and left to rot.. trust me I’ve seen it email me if you want proof

DO NOT TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THIS PLACE!!nnIt’s very difficult to get documents, copies of receipts, etc.nnMary McCree avoids your calls and she is not up-to-date with the latest funeral ideas. She is horrible at her job.nnYou only get one chance so don’t use this place!

Mary McCree was a nightmare! We didn't receive our loved one's cremains for 7 weeks and then they were in a cardboard box instead of an urn! For weeks she lied to us and avoided us! She was very incompetent with the service and afterwards! After notifying the owner and the board of funeral directors, she was very apologetic for her incompetence! We will not be using this establishment anymore because of her! It's very sad because this was always the place to use for our loved ones, now we're leaning towards Highland Park because they understood and helped us when Mrs. J W Jones did not!

After making numerous phones calls in New Mexico and receiving nothing but the run-arounds, I was able to call JW Jones and from Kansas City, Kansas, Mary McCray started the ball rolling for us.nnExplaining to Mrs. McCray we were trying to bring my brothers remain home to Kansas, she begin facilitating the arrangements.nJW Jones Funeral Chapel lived up to it's reputation of being a high quality mortuary facility and we were able to grieve without worry.nnWhen my brother made it back to Kansas, Mrs. McCray still continue to help our family make the arrangements and lay him to rest.nnOn behalf of my brother Major Preston Cage and the Cage family, we Thank You from the bottom of our hearts.nWe would also like to Thank Debrobrah Lee, a good friend of my brother and family, for the beautiful programs.nThank You,nJW Jones
