Waukesha Floral & Greenhouse did the flowers for our wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! They were very professional and flexible as we had to reschedule our wedding due to Covid19. They were timely with the deliveries and labeled everything for us (corsages, bouquets, etc) and set up the flowers at the reception hall perfectly! They were also open to different ideas. I wanted to use wine bottles in my centerpiece and do them myself, all I had to do was drop them off the week beforehand. The best part about this is they were half the price as the other places we got quotes from for our wedding.

I need to sincerely express my perfect experience with Waukesha floral and Green House. Not only were they affordable and didn’t charge a huge delivery fee, not only did they deliver the next day without an additional charge (order placed at 7pm the night before), but the customer service was impeccable. The flowers were flawless. And they made the gifted individual a very happy lady. I could not recommend them enough and will use their services many times in the future.

The flowers we got were beautiful, however, I ordered a Hugs and Kisses Bouquet with red roses and upgraded to the deluxe. It didn't even look like the standard. Not sure what I paid the extra $10 for. Not only was I disappointed but I was embarrassed by what my wife received at her place of work. The photo shows what we recieved, it's a bouquet of flowers with a 1/3 of the flowers shown on their website. Waukesha floral should be ashamed at what they sent me.nUpdate: I did call the florist and they were very nice. They were willing to send out another bouquet of flowers. Instead I choose to get a refund on the order. ud83dude42

Yesterday I ordered a bouquet to celebrate my daughter’s ceremony, becoming a new citizen of our great country. I specifically ordered white carnations with red roses ‘around’ them in a blue vase, with couple American flags and if possible some metallic sparklers. They promised to call before delivery, told me “they never leave order on doorstep”. They delivered five red roses four white carnations two flags some silver branches, in a cheap blue vase. The flowers were not arranged, the branched twice as high as flowers, no sparklers, two flags. They never called her, but just left flowers on doorstep. I was in tears when I got the picture of it. I was charged $50.00 for flowers, $10.00 for delivery and tax. They are refunding my money, and my daughter can buy her own bouquet at the grocery store, getting the design I wanted her to have. Just want y’all to be careful when ordering flowers anywhere.
