The customer service was great. Unfortunately I was sleeping when their driver attempted to make the flower delivery, but he made multiple attempts to get in contact with me and he left a polite, detailed message on how I could get my flowers. I called their company the following day and within an hour my flowers were delivered. Their delivery driver had a positive energy and my flowers smell great and are absolutely beautiful.

This was a super visit to a super local store. I went here instead of the cheaper big lot stores and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff is really friendly and so are the customers. Most importantly, my wife loved her Valentines Day flowers.

Excellent customer service. With short notice, I got an amazing arrangement and they exceeded my expectations! Friendly staff and amazing designers. Highly recommend to everyone!

My boyfriend attempted to purchase me flowers this weekend and have them delivered to my house. They never arrived despite the 'hand delivered' email notice my boyfriend received confirming their arrival. Upon complaint the, florist adamantly denied that my address even existed and wanted to argue about refunding the money. This was a perplexing argument given the fact the delivery person said they hand delivered the flowers to the address. While it was finally resolved I was disappointed that there had to be haggling and argument to get to a resolution.

Best place around for flowers on the spot or pre-planned. Very helpful staff, easy to work with, very flexible. Always happy with the results!
