Beautiful silk arrangements to choose from. Plenty of vase choices too. Being so close to Easter not as many flowers to pick from, for a build your own bouquet, but that makes total sense. The ones that they did have were beautiful and I'm loving what I could put together. Will be back!!

I used this florist for the very first time to send my daughter a Christmas bouquet. She and her family are new residents in the Galena area. The sales staff worked with me and asked all the right and important questions. The flowers arrived and everything about them was right on point. They were lovely and the color scheme perfect. Thank you so much for caring enough to get it right. I will now be a regular customer.

Disappointed and feeling taken advantage of. We had our daughter's wedding in Chestertown, and this florist was recommended by the venue. The wedding date was given and discussed several times. Never were we told that the flowers would be delivered the day before the wedding because they weren't open the day of the wedding. When the flowers were delivered, the were just left on a table in a common area of the venue. Never were we notified that the flowers were there. It seemed to us they knew we wouldn't be happy. The flowers delivered were nothing like what my daughter had requested and sent pictures for. The roses and greens in the bouquets were already wilted. The bridal bouquet was no different than the bridesmaid's bouquet, despite the fact that we paid over three times as much for it. Our experienced wedding planner was in disbelief that a business would even provide flowers in this condition, let alone deliver them a day early in this condition. An employee did come back an pick up the bridal bouquet and redid that. The extra star is for her effort; however, the fact that the mother of the groom drove to every grocery store floral department in the area, bought every flower she could find, and create the centerpieces for tables because the florist didn't provide anything near what was discussed. Then we spent time we should have been enjoying our celebration recreating floral arrangement and pulling off wilted rose petals, doesn't reflect well on this business. The offer to discuss the matter on Monday after the wedding was too little, too late.

I really like the cooler with single stem options since I enjoy making my own small arrangements for around my home.

A friend of mine has always admired one of my houseplants - adiantum pedatum - so when she moved to an apartment I wanted to get her one as a housewarming gift. Initially I didn't see one in the store so I asked the woman at the counter if they had any? She said it was possible to get one from their supplier and it could be there the following day. I was just about to order it when another clerk overheard our conversation and said they had a few in very small pots. And then she got a nice ceramic pot for it. It's perfect and absolutely adorable! I'm so happy and they were so helpful.
