North East Animal Hospital

I feel that this is the best place to take my dogs. I wouldn't even consider going somewhere else. I have 3 dogs and I have gone there more years than I can remember. They are very helpful and they are just the nicest people to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and I've never had one problem. I like the fact that they don't make you feel bad if you don't do something for your pet that they suggest. Some places will make you feel like you don't care for your pet. I usually do what they suggest because I have the utmost confidence in them. Truly a 5 star place.

I have been taking my pets to the North East Animal Hospital for almost 20 years... They have always been polite, friendly, courteous, compassionate, and thorough. The doctors listen and spend time with you. Even during this pandemic, although we can't go into the hospital with our boys, the doctors and staff spend as much time on the phone with you as needed... taking notes of any concerns, answering questions and giving directions all while we waited in the parking lot. I highly recommend North East Animal Hospital.

We recently got a new puppy and he needed vaccines and a check up considering he was 4 weeks & 5 days old when we rescued him. I was able to promptly get an appt and get him all checked out. The staff was super helpful and very nice. Our pup saw Dr. Simpson and she was amazing and so nice. Our pup was still a happy boy when he came out even after getting shots and being around strangers. I’m glad we chose NEAH and have told family and friends about our experience there. So happy they treated our pup so well.

This place is great. The staff are extremely fantastic and treat you like family. You can see how much they love animals. Prices are a bit high, especially for certain things, but they are fantastic at what they do. Trust me, I have 11 rescues and I bring them all here. Now if I can just get them to come visit me instead, that would be the cherry on top! Your babies are in excellent care when you bring them here.

I’ve been going to North East Animal Hospital since 2014. They are always so gentle and friendly. One visit that stands out is when we had to put down our male cat due to a tumor in his stomach that had enlarged rapidly and to the point he could no longer keep food down. They allowed me to wait for the rest of the family to arrive before giving him the shot and let us all stay with him until he passed. This was before Covid-19, and probably can’t happen now, but they are still so compassionate and they treat my current cat like one of their own. They truly cared about my cat that passed and even sent me a bereavement card. Very grateful to have a professional and personable vet office for our pet.
