The arrangement that I ordered had 10 times more greenery than flowers. I emailed the florist and received no response. I would not use them in the future or recommend to anyone. Update, I wanted to thank Bel Air florist for refunding me my money. I didn't ask for that. Very kind of you. Thank you!

After waiting three days, (because they needed to get more flowers) they finally arrived. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by the arrangement my loved one received. When placing an order from out of state, you take a chance and boy did I waste my money. The arrangement looked cheap and nothing close to what was expected. I contacted them and they did not apologize nor did they offer to help make things right! They basically told me that was the best they could do. Please don’t waste your money here.

My bouquet was even more beautiful that I’d imagine! I had a great experience. The entire process was smooth and they absolutely delivered!
