Richardson's Flowers and Gifts

Wanted to do something special for my wife and order her favorite flowers that are not in season. Richardson’s made it happen at a really good price. They even went above and beyond to make them look even better by having their florist designer add to what we originally ordered. Delivery was super easy as well. I would recommend them any day over the various online companies (which outsources anyway) which I almost used since I had in the past but so glad I didn’t and went local. Definitely worth it and they look so much better and the wife LOVED them. Ps special shout out to Barb who really had great communication and was awesome to work with.

I went to the shop to choose flowers for a friend’s funeral. I encountered two employees, both were cold, short and rude. I then chose an arrangement. A dish garden for $65. I said I wanted to pay cash. They looked at me like I was crazy. They never even said thank you after I paid.nThe only thing I can say good about the place is the dish garden was beautiful and it was delivered on time the next morning.nThis was two years ago and I still remember how bad they made me feel. I was already upset about the loss of my friend and they made things worse. If I had more time I would have gone elsewhere.

I received two beautiful arrangements from them April 1st and I couldn’t be happier with their detail and creativity in putting them together! Best florist in town!

Great job delivering the flowers in Forest Hill. Great communication from the florist, proactively suggesting an earlier delivery due to an upcoming snowstorm. Called shortly before arrival and arrived on time. Wife loved the flowers!
