I called to order flowers for my mother the other day and had no clue what I was doing. The young lady on the phone (Allie I think) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Mom said she got the flowers shortly after I had ordered them. She was so impressed and I am now the favorite child! Highly recommend!
My 15 year aniversary, My wife 5 year Breast Cancer Survivor, I order a dozen Beautiful Pink Roses and matching ceramic vase. They get it wrong and then have amnesia when I go back and ask What Happened with my order? Never Again will I spend my money at this business, and highly recommend you do the same.
Do NOT Advertise online as a Sterlington flower shop if you do NOT even deliver to that area. POOR POOR customer service. Will never order over priced flowers here again.
This company deserves “No Stars”. I called from Houston to place a small order to pick up upon my arrival to the Monroe area. I spoke with Alley and she quoted me a price and I gave her my credit card info. The next day I get a call from the owner Miss.Rude Vee stating that the price was incorrect and need to be change. She even went so far to ask me “Why didn’t I go to a florist in Houston.Costumer satifiction mean nothing to this business owner. I would highly recommended you taking your business elsewhere!
