Customer service is outstanding. My daughter goes to McNeese I had flowers sent. The driver had to leave the flowers at the front desk and no one was there to attend to them. The owner called me and told me they attempted to deliver and left them at the front desk and if they were stolen by chance to call him he would send replacements. She received the flowers and everything went smoothly highly recommend.

I have not ordered from Ms. Wendi yet but I plan to. Just because her customer service shines through each time she is in someones presence is enough for me. She is a beautiful individual inside and out and I would recommend all to her to experience her wo derful customer service and to see her warm smile.

We called to have flowers delivered on my aunt's 90th birthday. The staff was friendly and the arrangement was perfect. I would recommend them to everyone.
