East Ridge Animal Hospital

I took my dog there for the first time approximately two weeks ago. today I took my friend's White Dove to have his nails trimmed. all the people I spoke with both on the phone and in person I've always been friendly and helpful. They make it easy on the animal even though you can't go in with your pet. They've all been very courteous and very quick. I will continue to use them in the future as my main veterinary service. One really nice thing about their location is you can buy beer right down the street!

After spending close to 100$ for our pet rat’s respiratory infection visit they did not give us the proper amount of antibiotics. I called to let them know and they charged us again for picking up more of the antibiotics we had already paid for in the first place. Even though I explained the situation and their error we still had to pay them again. The lady I spoke to did not seem to care or offer any solutions. She blamed it on us saying we should still have some of the antibiotics left. We are both nurses and administer medications for a living. We did it just as prescribed. We won’t be back.

It's sad due to covid we couldn't take our puppy into the vet's office, but the vet tech was kind and I sense our puppy knew she was in good hands. The doctor came out with the tech at the end of the visit and did a follow up with us in the van. Over all I'm satisfied.

This place I cant say enough great things about this place they really care bout the animal not the money they took such great care of my Lil girl!!! And they was just great about updates on my fur baby I love this place
