They did such an awesome job with my sisters floral arrangement for her birthday. The service was very professional, they delivered it with no hassle, they went above and beyond to make sure that my sister knew that we were thinking of her on her birthday yesterday! I had ordered your flowers online last week. And the very special woman that received them, has been in aww she sends me pictures every day showing me how beautiful they are. I have to agree with her they are very very beautiful.
I’ve received flowers from here on several occasions & each time the flowers were beautiful. My issue is with customer service. I came to get a quote on a rose bouquet, and boutonnière for a wedding. I spoke with the wedding specialist in person and was told that I would receive a call the same day or next day with a quote. I never received the call. This is disappointing since my family and loved ones have patronized this florist for years. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. :)
Ordered very last minute and they came through in under an hour. I did have to select what they had in the cooler but the lady over the phone was very helpful and friendly. Their delivery charge is also less than most others. Will be using them again.
Order flowers for my wife for our anniversary early Friday morning, around 7am. Get home from work and no flowers had arrived. I recieved a email confirming my order and my bank account confirmed they received the payment. But I never received an email telling me I wouldn't be receiving the flowers. They're closed on Saturday so not sure if I will receive them or not. Unacceptable
