I also used this service based on the good reviews. So glad that I did! I placed on online order well after store hours. Always a gamble, online ordering, (hello from New York!), but wanted to send my sister something to brighten her new digs this holiday weekend, as she recently relocated to Macon to teach. Vanessa called me the same evening to provide some substitution colors/flowers and made sure I was satisfied with what I was ordering. My sister received her bouquet today; such a beautiful arrangement! Vanessa, thank you again for generously taking the time to help me select a gift for my sister. Your customer service is top notch.
I used this service because of the good reviews. They delivered as promised on the day requested. The staff was friendly but there may need to be a little more training given to those answering the phone. I had to reach back out and request a photo be sent to me after the delivery was made. Vanessa was kind enough to text the pictures to me the next day. I really appreciated that because this was sent from a group and it lets everyone feel a part of the gift when they can see the final product. It seems Vanessa is very concerned about providing good service.
Used this place for the first time today. Didn't realize I picked today for delivery,guess I wasn't paying attention. So I made my order online. It was completed and delivered before my wife got to work and my wife was getting ready for work when I made the order. Wow that was quick. I'm impressed at the quality too . I loved getting a surprising message from my wife that she was so happy . Great job guys thanks for your service I will be using you guys again soon.

I ordered flowers for my daughter for Valentine's to be delivered on Saturday, February 13. Then I called and they said she could pick them up on Sunday but she has a busy schedule so she asked for them to deliver them on Monday, February 15. It is now Tuesday, February 16 and she still has not received any flowers.
