Love the birthday flowers I got for my daughter! Hopefully she loves them too! (I'm sure she will because they're beautiful!) Had to call and request my pick up date be one day earlier than I originally had scheduled but it was no problem. They were happy to do it! Super satisfied! Thank you guys!
Earlier this week I reached out to House of Blair to place an order for a spray. Miriam, who I later found out was the owner, designed a beautiful, fresh and abundant spray. Her use of shape, colors and style is EXCEPTIONAL. I will use House of Blair for all of my floral needs in the future. Outstanding assistance and prompt delivery.
Sent an orchid for a birthday gift. A few days after it was delivered the flower started to wilt! The florist apologized and immediately sent a replacement orchid. I am beyond impressed! Just moved to Columbus and I didn't have a florist (and I give flowers often) but will only use this florist going forward. I was in business for 25+ years, and this is an example of EXCELLENT customer service.
I had to do a same day order for a bouquet of sympathy flowers. I live out of state and found House of Blair Florist by a random Google search. So glad I did. The lady on the phone was so nice and helpful. She helped me pick a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered within a few hours. Outstanding customer service, fast, accommodating delivery, and gorgeous, quality arrangements. I highly recommend and would use them again.
The House of Blair Florist has never disappointed me. I have ordered multiple times from them & they always exceed my expectations.
