First off the customer service was superb and ordering was simple:), I placed my order a little last minute I’d say atleast a week prior to Valentine’s Day with a minor request change to my order (2 to be exact) and it was fulfilled down to the teeth. Flower by Helen was a great experience to order from and to pick up my orders from:)nnThank you sooooo much! I will defenitly be buying from this flower shop again! ❤ufe0fnnP.S: My flowers looked amazing and my recipients loved them!

Family owned and operated. All floral arrangements are custom made. Funeral work, wedding, plants, balloons, and gifts.

My main reason for this rating was the expectation vs reality dilemma I faced when picking up my flowers here. First of all, everyone seemed super friendly and I really appreciated that. However, I ended up paying around $115 (including tax) for Mother’s Day flowers that hardly looked better than flowers I could’ve gotten at Ingles for $10. I will say that when I picked them up I didn’t say anything. After further examination in the car, I compared what I ordered online to what I received. It was kind of sad.nnI won’t be purchasing from Flowers by Helen again but I wish them the best of luck & I hope they use this constructively.

I received amazing customer service when I was trying to buy flowers for a friend in the area. I would recommend Flowers by Helen to anyone in the Forysth area.

I ordered a plant to be delivered for a memorial service in Forsyth with 3 days notice. None of the selections I asked for from the pictures on their website were available. I asked the florist for a dish garden with at least one blooming plant because they could not produce the pictured one with several blooming plants. I did not ask for flowers within a certain price range. I just asked for a nice dish garden and paid the amount named with no questions. When I got to the service and saw the dish garden I was so disappointed. All the plants were small. The container was a very cheap woven material, similar to a sunhat upside down, it did not look anything like the sturdy and attractive baskets on their website, some of which actually cost less than what I paid. I called to let the florist know how disappointed I was and they said they were sorry I didn't like it. I give them 2 stars because the plants were small but alive and it did get there before the service started. I do not advise purchasing from them unless you go in person to see what you are getting for your money.
