Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services – Franklin-Strickland Chapel

I am very thankful for Brad and the rest of the staff at Advantage. Brad helped make the planning process of my sister's services as easy as possible. He was thorough, patient and very accommodating.nnMy sister absolutely hated calla lilies. There was a large arrangement of them right outside the chapel. We asked if we could move them. Odd request, I know. Brad didn't even hesitate in saying yes. The day of, the lady assisting us moved them the moment we arrived.nnOn the day of the service, I got there a little early to ensure the music would play correctly from my phone. I'm glad I did. I didn't have the right connection on my phone to connect to the sound system. Ryan jumped right in, put the songs on his phone and the music was perfect.nnAfter the service, my family wanted a family picture. There are 7 siblings and we were not all going to be together once we left so it was a chance to have all siblings in the picture. Paul jumped, moved furniture and took a great family photo of our group of 35.nnThe service time was supposed to last until 5. We were a little behind getting out with our guests. Paul and Ryan heard me mention we needed to leave as our time was up. They both reassured me it was no problem and to take our time.nnOverall, our experience was great given the circumstances. I also feel the services were very affordable. You never want to deal with a funeral and I really appreciate the level of service we received from the Advantage team!

Brad was amazing. He and Margaret knew just how to make us comfortable in this awful situation. They were very knowledgeable and didn’t push anything on us that we weren’t prepared. No pushy up selling. I would totally trust my loved ones with Brad and his staff

Brad and his entire staff at Advantage funeral home are beyond exceptional. Brad personally restored my faith in humanity and my religion. I was angry at God for taking my baby. A mother losing a child is unthinkable & the worst nightmare you could ever imagine in life. Brad being a father him self, felt my despair & the vulnerable state i was in. He made my whole process effortless as well as going FAR BEYOND what i could ever expect. The arrangements down to the cost were absolutely under what his work put in was worth. My family never had to lift a finger to do anything. Brad thought of and did it all. It was beautiful & my son was truly honored and is now at peace. There isnt enough time or words i could say to explain my gratitude for this “Angel” on earth. Thank you so very much Brad, Margaret, Paul, and all of the wonderful people at Advantage for all you did during the most difficult time in my life!!! You all are truly guardian angels for our loved ones. I will forever have you for any furture planning for my entire family or anyone that needs your service & exceptional support & love.

I am so thankful for the staff of Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services. They went above and beyond to help our family see my father honored in his passing at a time when the challenges felt overwhelming. Their compassion, sensitivity and professionalism are unmatched in my opinion. This place was really good. Very nice people and they were so gentle and kind. The employees all dressed real nice. You couldn't come in without a mask on. I mean they try their best for the situation. The place was very clean. My daddy looked so good in his blue suit. Thank you! Really awesome but real sad also.
