I highly recommend Chattanooga Florist and I would purchase from this shop again! I placed a very specific order over the phone for same-day delivery. My expectations were exceeded. The customer service was excellent and our communication was clear. The recipient loved the bouquet and felt very happy with the arrangement.
I've driven by this florist many times without thinking about it, but no more! I have received two amazing arrangements delivered to me recently and I've started highly recommending them! The first arrangement I received is my favorite EVER (and I love fresh flowers) and I've never seen anything like it. A basket with green indoor plants such as prayer, arrowhead, cotton, parlor palm. Stunning. The second was another beautiful arrangement with sunflowers, chrysanthemum, lavender and lilies.nnFor one thing, always purchase local, whether for yourself or a delivery. It's rather easy to Google a local place near where you want it delivered. For another, if in Chattanooga or delivering to, certainly consider Chattanooga Florist!
I ordered the 'Gracious Lavender Basket' for my friend's shop grand opening. I understand things happened, they delivered a day later because their van broke down. I'm fine with that. But the flower didn't look like what listed on the website. I even paid for the 'Premium'. I didn't see any lavender. Disappointed!!nI called the shop and I guess the manager was willing to re-do it. I will update the review once it's resolved.nUPDATE: They were able to re-do another arrangement and switched out. It does look much better. Thank you!
The flower was fantastic beautiful for our passing grandma. We order online from California and on our way to Tennessee. It was delivery on time and it was absolutely perfect cross flowers!nThank you so much.
The custom bouquet I ordered was incredible! Every detail was perfect. The vague idea I had in mind was interpreted beautifully by the florist! My girlfriend was absolutely in love with the flowers. I'm only getting flowers from here now :)
