The level of customer service was unsatisfactory on 2 separate occasions.n1. When someone delivered flowers to my house they rudely honked the horn instead of knocking . That was unacceptable.n2. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to come in to shop in the store on a separate occasion. Customer service was horrible again.nnI’m very disappointed. I would’ve been a loyal customer because of the various gift merch. The city of Pelham is struggling and needs more revenue but I can not spend my money in a place where customer service is not valued. Please re-visit your values and make adjustments for your future customers.

Cottage Flower and Gift Shop delivered beautifully crafted roses for the 8th Grade Senior night at Mitchell County. They have definitely gained a customer. Let me just note that the order was placed at 1:45 pm and delivered by 4 pm. Thanks Again!!
Mrs. Gail is amazing! I've known her since I was a little boy. This shop does it for me. They're always professional, precise, and friendly. I highly recommend this flower shop over all else: always going a step above to make sure you are satisfied.
