Our Maisie loves Dr. Matt. Very caring practice and highly recommend for quality. Only issue has been availability during pandemic. Had to use another vet for spaying due to lack of availability. Hours of operation are pretty limited but this might be a short term issue.

Got in and out no problems. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Dr. Keifer is great. He worked and worked with my dog until we found the right combination to control his skin allergies. Sanford is doing so much better and I am so thankful for the time spent by Dr. Keifer to help him. Highly recommend.

We thought that the entire visit was pleasant, comfortable for Coco and for us, and the professionals were thorough and answered all of our questions.

I recently moved to Hartwell. I have a male Shiba who is very leery of people, doesn't play well with other dogs and panics every time we go to the vet. Hartwell Animal Hospital was the only clinic that would allow me to go inside with Max. Everyone was very patient and understanding. Max did not stress as much as he normally does which tells me this is a good place. It is nice to have a place you feel comfortable taking your babies to.
