Thank you SO much for delivering earlier than expected this morning. The arrangement was far better than the photos on your website. I cannot believe I paid $65 for the New Year’s TINY platter I ordered online to family. I will not order again. Fruit was no better than Publix across the street. Edibles fruit used to be spectacular.

Tried placing an order over the phone. Very frustrating! Had to repeat my self constantly. The person who was taking the order was incompetent. I ask to speak to a manager and the person refused and kept talking over me. I hung up and placed the order online. It was supposed to be delivered today. It’s 4pm now. I just called the store and the person who I spoke to was extremely rude. She said they will get it out by 7pm! What? I do not recommend this location

It’s not even worth 1 star... my husband ordered me flower bouquet and a tray of chocolate covered fruit for my birthday. They called the day of my birthday at 2:00 ( when it was supposed to be delivered) and said they couldn’t deliver it and could they do it tomorrow which was a day after my birthday, my husband said yes. The next day came and my son was coming in the house about 3:30 and my arrangements were sitting on the ground next to my doorud83dude21 I don’t even know how long they were sitting out there. No one knocked on my door to let me know it was out there. WHO SITS FOOD OUTSIDE OF SOMEONES DOOR!!! They didn’t even have the balloons on it. IF YOU WANT YOUR GIFT TO GET TO YOUR LOVE ONE SAFE AND ON TIME DO NOT ORDER YOUR EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS IN FLOWERY BRANCH. ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21

I contacted the store later that day to see if the bouquet had been delivered to the business address. I was told that the delivery person was out on deliveries. I explain to the girl that the office would be closing in 15 minutes. She apologized & told me he wouldn't make it there within 15 minutes. She asked if it could be delivered the following day (Friday). I told her no, because the recipient would be off. I was upset & furious. She apologized again & told me I would receive a refund within 48 hours. Fine, not much I could do. Fast forward to the following day & I get a thank you from my friend letting me know that the bouquet had been delivered to the office. Her coworkers sent her a picture of the bouquet BECAUSE SHE WAS NOT WORKING THAT DAY!!! So, despite canceling the order & telling the girl I didn't want it delivered the following day they did it anyway! I had considered reordering the bouquet on Monday when she would be back at work, but what is the point now??? Edible Arrangements you ruined a moment that I wanted to thank a friend that helped me in a desperate time of need! I also asked to have the manage call me & have yet to hear from anyone! Surprised??? NOPE!!! This is just the lack of customer service. I haven't even mentioned the appearance of the bouquet. It looked like a 2yr old packaged it up. It looked awful! Save your money & DO NOT ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS OFF SPOUT SPRINGS RD IN FLOWERY BRANCH, GA!!!
