Very thorough and answered all our questions about our pet's care.

Kind folks, did a great job of communication. I think that's critical when a pet is not doing well. It's reassuring. They also gave good instructions on how to move forward. For a mid week evening it was very busy. But the staff did a good job of servicing folks even while we sat in the parking lot for social distancing purposes.nnMy doggo is on the mend and I've got peace of mind.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Answered any questions I had. Very attentive of the needs of my pet. Made recommendations that was in the best interest of my pet. I would continue using this facility

Way too expensive, even when it’s not an emergency visit. Also the parking situation is embarrassing. People with sick animals shouldn’t have to compete for parking spots with people who are clubbing in a pandemic.

Dr. Washington is unlike any other person I've ever encountered. Kind, understanding, professional, knowledgable (and not just in her field of expertise but she knows how to communicate in an informative and compassionate manner) she genuinely cares for animals and the owners. One of a kind Woman.
