Very friendly and great customer service. I came there to fill my furbaby food prescription. The staff walked the store with me to find itud83eudd17

Understaffed. To use a prescription at PetSmart, you have to get Banfield to create a prescription card. Wouldn't be a big deal except they have a terrible intake process and not enough front desk people. Have waited for 20+ minutes multiple times just to do something that should be simple.

Friendly staff. They scheduled me in the same day and helped my dog out quickly and professionally. Dog lovers work here which is what I look for when choosing a new vet.

Excellent location. I've had 3 dogs and every one of them where seen here since 2007. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My fur babies love this hospital!ud83dudc99
