If you are using MARTA to go to a sporting event or something at the GWCC, this is a great place to get off/on. People use the dome exit but, Vine city is an easy walk to those locations. Highly recommend this as an exit point after a game or concert.

Great and different station. I am in Atlanta since last few years and consider myself a moderate user of MARTA transport system. I think I visited almost 70% of all the MARTA train stations and every station have its own beauty. But Vine City Transit Station is unique, thanks to its unique and beautiful graffiti-es. If you are close to this station spare yourself 15 minutes and visit this beautiful station.

Typical Marta station with absolutely no frills. Limited police presence for the size of the crowd that was there. Great way to access Mercedes Benz Stadium. I would never in a million years use this stop for anything else and I doubt that many other people do. Would not ride after dark either. You can carry a weapon on the train as long as you have a valid weapons carry license.

Walk straight to Mercedes-Benz or GWCC from here and don't deviate from your path in any way. Bad part of town.
