I cannot say enough of how pleased my wife and I are with the services we received from Knox Funeral Home. This was already a difficult pill for my wife and I to swallow loosing our grandmother, however everything was kept within our wishes. Knox funeral Home showed sympathy and genuine compassion to us. Great work and professional
I Lost my mama August 2016,This was a very hard time for me,and you shouldn't have to deal with extra BS,Mr.knox kept asking me was the deceased my aunt,and i didn't send my mama clothes to the dry cleaners thinking they would press it out but they didn't,her wig was thrown on,it took forever for the death certificate, the lady at vital records said she is familiar with them and they are very slow.I pray the next family experience is better
Undertaking work is sub-par. It is old and outdated with spider webs in the corners. I would let them funeralize my old wrinkly auntie but not my beautiful 26 yr old wife
