outstanding professional & compassionate service! my loved one looked like herself!ni have been to many homegoing services wherein i didn't recognize the person, even though there was no violent nor disfiguring cause of death. mr. williams took the time to prepare the my loved one as an individual, & not as a paycheck.nmy family has been using carl m williams funeral directors for many years. the service has always been exceptional. my most recent experience was in february 2021. i was still impressed with the friendly professionalism of mr. williams & his entire staff. i never felt hurried nor rushed. their attention to detail was much appreciated. mr. williams took the time to thoroughly explain all the services, charges, & expectations. he made recommendations and suggestions that saved money without compromising quality, and did not give the 'hard sell' for any item nor service. there was an unexpected glitch at the cemetery on the day of the service. mr, williams quickly & efficiently handled it so that the service was unaffected.ncarl m. williams funeral directors, inc, may not be the largest funeral home in metro atlanta, but they have the largest heart, & are the best in service, class, & presentation!
Carl Williams was very professional and kind during our time of grievance. He laid everything out as far as the packages/pricing, day of services, and expectations between parties go so that everyone understood the plan. He made sure that our home-going celebration for our mother went smoothly and was rememberable. He treated us with the upmost compassion and we’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for funeral services!
