ZERO STARS! Rudest owner ever! I was on a time crunch so I had to buy from her. Never again. I asked her if I was bothering her!!?? I hope and pray that she closes that place. I may even start a picket line outside her door. She's a hot sizzlin' mess.
Lady who answered the phone was SO RUDE. I went to Eneni’s Garden instead because I refused to spend my money at a place where they can’t even give nice customer service. Don’t waste your time calling!
I appreciate all of the help that Flowers by Lucas provided. There was a mix-up at the place where the arrangement was being delivered, and the delivery person had to make a second trip. They handled it well and made a second delivery at no charge. Thank you!
Worst service ever. She literally hung up before I could discuss what I wanted. Dont even waste your time. I called enenis garden on Peachtree at and they took care of my order quickly and professionally.
