The outside cat I was feeding had become sick, of course on a Friday, between the office manager & Dr. Freeland agreeing to help her, she is fine now. Since she was a ferrel cat, they were the only ones willing to help her. I am thankful for them. Never had a vet call me and follow up on a pet like Dr. Freeland did. His love of animals and helping them is genuine.

They were exceptionally helpful with a difficult older kitten who is not socialized. Most highly recommended!!

My dog passed away tonight because they denied me access because I was a non existing member. 3 hours before he passed away we called this hospital and we were put on hold 4 times, just for them to tell us there was nothing they can do for me. When I asked if there was any other pet hospitals or something else they can do they just hung up. They could have prevented my dog from passing instead they were very unprofessional and selfish. I don’t recommend going here.

They are so good, I take my cat Dot there all the time they take real good care of him & are very responsive to all my questions & assure my cat will have the best treatment.

My wife and I have been taking all of our pets to Albany Pet Partners for years now, and, after having experienced most local veterinarians over the course of our lives, I don't think we'd consider taking them anywhere else. Dr. Freeland and staff are absolutely outstanding in terms of compassion, helpfulness and cost of care. I would strongly recommend APP to anyone in need of veterinary services; anything from simple rabies shots/vaccines to complex surgeries and diagnostics. I've had them all done at APP. Big thanks to all they've done for my family over the years!
