I have taken my dogs here until they were 10yrs and in the past 7yrs, my old dog was 17 and not doing great and was declining quickly. So we scheduled an appointment and it took them 1 hour to finally see us during this difficult time. Then the vet made us feel bad about bringing her in and tried to charge us for his time and four our dogs disposal. That is insane and I’ve never been charged before. This place is rude and unprofessional.
Drs. Hart, Hunkele, Newell and Cook are compassionate, professional, and highly competent . Westover Animal Hospital has been my vet source for over thirty years. GREAT vets!
