I am so grateful we chose to use Spring Creek Mortuary for my father’s services. Steve and the staff there were so accommodating and kind while still maintaining a very high degree of professionalism. They were always available, low pressure and willing to do whatever they could to help us through a challenging time. My grandmother passed away while visiting us from California. My family was blessed to have Spring creek mortuary by our side through this difficult time. they were very compassionate and helpful. I was unsure of what to do when my grandmother passed away, but the team at Spring creek in Springville Were exceptional they walked me through it all. Nancy is very knowledgeable she explained how she would take care of all the permits and everything that went into getting my grandmother returned home to California. They took care everything from start to finish and made it very easy for us. Tanner meet us in California for the burial he was very professional, helpful and was caring to my family through the burial. I am extremely grateful to them. Thank you for going above and beyond. I would Highly recommend them to any family who are looking for a genuine caring team.

My experience with Spring Creek Mortuary: Some of my children and I met with Steve Schultz to plan what services would be desired after my husband's death. I was pleased to see that Steve first had us tell him what we were thinking about and then he made some suggestions on how Spring Creek could help us. From the beginning of our planning, I felt as if our wishes were followed exactly and we were able to celebrate the life of my husband in a way that we'll remember with fondness. My favorite activity was sitting in a circle in their chapel and taking turns at remembering some of our dearest experiences and also some of the funny times that have bound our family together. I did notice that as we conducted our own service - that Steve stayed close to us, out in the hallway, to be there if he was needed.
