Pike Nurseries

First time ever at a pikes. The place is huge and very well organized. Every row is not only eye catching, but documented very well with information pertaining to each plant and its growing preferences. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I could only find a few spots with out of stock product.

I’m a recent transplant to Georgia so I'm not a long time customer of Pikes Nurseries, which was new to me. My neighbor said for the money I was spending at Home Depot I would get better quality from Pikes. Then I joined a garden club and they also said Pikes was the place to shop for my garden. Oh my goodness, they were so right. I wanted to buy everything. In January and February I spent $922 and had my list prepared for today’s (March) visit. Fortunately for me since there was no line at the register as I walked in, I stopped there first to return 3 of the 4 lemon Cupressus purchased earlier. These were the only items from everything I’ve purchased in the last 3 months, that decided they didn’t like being in my garden. However, I was told by the young man at the register that since they were not a tree or a shrub, they were not returnable. Can't wait to tell the garden club since I'm sure they didn't know; I was going to throw them away and they said Pikes will let me return it. True, Home Depot and Lowes don’t have the beautiful things that Pikes has, but they don't nitpick when it comes to their return policy and that’s important to me. So the garden may not be as beautiful as I planned with items from Pikes, but I’m sure it will still look very nice with items not from Pikes Nursery.

Love this place! Take all my money!! The employees are helpful and gorgeous variety of plants indoor and out. I also go here for gifts. They have so many plant arrangements that are grab and go.

Love the selection and quality of the plants. They aren’t a bargain but they are fair on most things. I really like their rewards program as well
