Edible Arrangements

If I could leave a 0 star I would. I placed an order well before my wife’s birthday to be delivered on her birthday. I decided to go to the location when they opened just to ensure that it would be ready today, and the door is locked when they have been open for thirty minutes. I had to get back to work so I rush home and had been calling them since 3 pm before they closed, and every single time the line was busy. I then ride to the location again and people are in the back still with the door locked without even coming to check on their customer.nnNever ordering from here again.

I placed an order and paid extra for delivery and request morning delivery. I called as soon as the stored opened and hours after to ensure my order would be delivered in time and they told me the order was in route. An hour and a half later my order still wasn’t delivered. I called the store and was told although the delivery location is 2 miles away they go to the furthest location first so she couldn’t tell me when my order would be delivered.

They’re customer service is great and as advertised. Tried two other locations before going to this location and they told me they don’t serve the public smh, Really! I would recommend this location to anyone because Chris was Great!

My experience at the Decatur,Georgia was amazing. Shacora was very helpful in making my gift special for the occassion at hand. I have been shopping with Edible Arrangements for years but this time it was amazing. Thank you

Delivery was fast and on time! Even with a few complications on my end, Chu was able to get my package to its destination. He went above and beyond to make it happen and that type of Customer Service is so important.
