Totally unacceptable service. We called two weeks earlier for the death certificate to be mailed to us. They assured it would be mailed. Two weeks later the certificate was not mailed. Though we paid almost $5000 dollars in funeral expenses, they refused to overnight the death certificate, but insisted on mailing it through the regular means, taking 7 more days, an obvious expression of no concern to the needs of their customer and no expressed concerned either. Find another funeral home that cares.

We had the worst experience !!! They had my 2 Nd cousin and they took several days to verify the insurance and even though they had the policies they wanted us to bring the cash to cover the funeral . It was so bad that we moved her to another funeral home ( Ford Stewart Funeral Home! ) Tara Garden was our family funeral home but now it’s owned by a corporation and they don’t care about people anymore !!!

Kim Norwood is exceptionally organized and well-versed as a funeral director. She handled the logistics of my father’s funeral beautifully. I’m very impressed with the service of the funeral home. Great job and thank you!

God bless this wonderful chapel for taking great care of my daddy during his passing. Missing him everyday. You guys did a great job. Thankyou.

Kim was amazing with my family with the loss of my 18 month old grandson. She made one of the hardest times a little more bearable. Thank you so much for working with my daughter and son in law. The teddy bear option has been a great success in keeping not only them closer to their son but also his 3 year old brother. Thank you again.
