Glad I decided to call before placing order online for a couple of smoothies and cups of fruit.nThe only explanation I received from the store rep was that they are not allowing pick up orders... Makes no sense when the items are small and don't require much time. I'll just visit a Smoothie King or Planet Smoothie...
Ordered a chocolate strawberry platter for my anniversary! Everything was great! Will be ordering again in the future!
I wish I could give NO ⭐ because this place is just horrible. Made an order online to be delivered on Mother's Day....nothing ever showed up. Here we are 4 days later still no response from my email inquiries and nobody ever picks up the phone to talk just to hang up the call! Messed up my grandma's 1st Mother's Day without my grandpa...wanted her to feel loved and thought of instead I'm here doing damage control because this place took my money and never delivered my order. Never again with the entire company Edible Arrangements just lost a loyal customer.
I received an order for my birthday for a box of dipped bananas and all of them were bad!! Tried calling the store and customer service but no answer. The one time I did get through, she picked up and told me to hold and clicked back off smh honestly they need a whole new team.
I ordered a nice arrangement for my friends Anniversary and paid extra money to make sure it was delivered same day. I received a call from the manager at the store that the driver had been in accident and there was no way to door dash the order because it was to far. The lady asked if delivery for the next day being a Sunday was ok. I told her I guess I don't have a choice as long as it would get delivered Sunday. She said yes. Sunday came and went no delivery. Here it is Monday at almost 5pm and still no delivery. No one is answering the phone for this location as I've called several times. I will file a complaint with corporate office as well as put my experience on social media. Do not waste your time. I have never seen something so unprofessional in my life.
