Uptown Florist

This is an awesome florist. I live in Alabama and my sister lives in Canton. I forgot her birthday and I called Uptown Florist. They were wonderful! She help me come up with a nice birthday surprise-candy, two balloons, and a beautiful flower arrangement. It was a great price, too! My sister was so excited! You can't go wrong with this place. They really care about their customers and they go above and beyond! I'm so thankful they came through for me at the last minute! High five, Uptown Florist!

My sweet fiancé ordered flowers as a surprise for me when I was having a rough day and they were going to be sent to my job. They were never delivered and we have tried countless times to contact the store (call and email) with no response. But he was charged the full amount for them. Had to dispute it with the bank and still no response from the shop.

TERRIBLE!!! Don’t use this company. Did not follow delivery instructions and did not call my mother in law as indicated in the order. The flowers were left out on my mother in law’s porch for days and were ruined. The company doesn’t respond to phone calls or emails when contacted multiple times. Buyers beware! Find a different florist. This company is terrible.

I ordered and paid for two flower bouquets for my wife whose mother passed. One of the bouquets was ordered on behalf of my daughter and family. They live in Germany.nOnly one bouquet was delivered, and repeated attempts to contact uptown florist by phone and email were unsuccessful. Pretty disgusted and wish I could rate them zero stars. I understand mistakes happen, their lack of response though is completely unacceptable.
