Mr. Mark was highly accommodating. He went above and beyond to take care of our premature daughter. We couldn't have asked for better communication, timeliness, and courtesy.
Caring for the deceased should be an act of mercy, but Seigler comes across as a heartless man out to take advantage of you. It's a very sensitive time when a loved one passes, and if you're going to be in this business, you should at least ACT like you care. Communication and compassion are essential to a good funeral home, and the owner of this one has a lot to learn. However, I will say 2 of the employees I encountered were perfectly respectful.
