The new owner who took over is wonderful. Dr. B (I can't spell her name) was so thorough in her explanation of everything. Change is hard but, she made it easy

Dr. Bell and Dr. Bell (husband and wife team) and staff are fantastic. Everyone there is very caring and very responsive to the needs of your pet. I brought my Yorky there after not getting any results from the vet that he had gone to for just about eight years. The other vet was not aggressive enough in caring for him when my dog was losing weight and had diarrhea and wasn’t eating properly. Within two weeks Dr. Bell had an ultrasound done on my Yorky and we found out that he had a tumor in his prostate and was given 3 to 6 months to live and he made it about 2 1/2 months. During that whole time Dr. Bell was very aggressive in trying to get him to feel better and he did. Either him or his staff would call to check on him all the time. That lasted for a little over a month until he started going down again. Dr. Bell came to our home to help put my Yorky to rest and that was a wonderful thing. He explained everything that was going on. I highly recommend them for your pets needs.

The staff is great, the prices are reasonable, and I trust them with my sweet pup!

This company is Unethical!! I originally scheduled an appointment for my dog to get his teeth cleaned. Dr. Bell said they were going to run a blood test prior to putting him under to make sure he was healthy enough to do so. They call me a couple hours later with the blood results and said my dog is having kidney issues and that they are extremely concerned about his health and can’t clean his teeth and proceeded to tell me that we need to pump him with fluids, check for heart worm and run a full blood panel on him. Of course I was fine with it because I want my dog healthy. Dr. Bell called me back a day later after sending in his blood work and stated the original test was wrong and the machine had a malfunction and that my dog is perfectly healthy. I kindly ask for a refund because I don’t believe I should have to pay for results that aren’t correct or any other test or treatment that was ran because of the false results. I tried to resolve this privately between them without writing a review but they leave me no other choice to do so since they refuse to only refund me $110.03 out of the $339.06 I paid them.
