Super nice great customer service.. I called in a last ditch effort to see if the Coral Castle was open ( because they wouldn't answer the phone) before driving out and the nice women who answered the phone actually took a look outside to check. Thank you so much!

I placed an online order and a few minutes later, I received a call from an employee stating that the flowers that I had selected were not available. The employee stated that the flowers (tulips) were not available due to COVID-19, but that I could go to the flower shop to select a replacement flower/arrangement. I went in and she took me to their refrigerator, but the arrangements they had available were not of my taste and had a very limited flower selection. I then asked her to do an arrangement with some Carnations and Snapdragons. As she started working on the flower arrangement, the lady wanted to do the arrangement with only 10 stems (8 Carnations and 3 Snapdragons). This got me furious because I paid XXX and she wanted to sell me flowers that you can find at a local Walmart/Publix for $20 dollars. I was not pleased so I was there disputing my cause because they wanted to charge me a good amount of money, but those 10 flowers she was adding were not the most expensive or quality flowers. At the end, she ended up adding triple the number of flowers, even included some roses, orchids, and lilies. Which makes you think, if the arrangement was worth the paid price with 10 stems (as she had mentioned at the beginning), why would she continue adding flowers? Also, the flowers didn’t last. They were purchased on a Friday evening and were dead by Sunday morning. Save your time, energy, and money. Do not purchase from this place.nnAlso, rather than trying to help me find a solution, the employee called me inflexible and wanted me out of the shop because she wanted to leave before their closing time. Very unprofessional.
